2. ReBiao intelligence will use cookies and other similar technologies to collect personal information:

In android system after 6.0, you must turn on location permission to search for Bluetooth devices. If you choose not to enable this permission, you will not be able to use the functions related to this permission, only some functions provided by Printsy.
Camera permission: When you use [Printsy] image printing, scanning automatic identification label paper or product functions, we will apply to you to obtain this permission, the purpose is to complete the image upload printing, TWO-DIMENSIONAL code recognition, product recognition functions. If you choose not to enable this permission, you will not be able to use specific functions related to this permission, but it does not affect your use of other functions provided by Printsy.
Acceleration sensor: When you use [Printsy], you will obtain orientation sensor and gyroscope device sensor information to identify whether you are a real user. When you use the camera, QR code recognition, and product recognition functions, the acceleration device sensor information will be obtained, which is used to obtain the shooting angle of the mobile phone.
4、 Consequences of refusing to collect, use, save, share personal information
Please know that if you refuse to collect your personal information by ReBiao intelligent, the following consequences will be generated, but not limited to:
1. It is impossible to download, install and upgrade the smart software of ReBiao, and then it can not use it.
2. It is impossible to complete the registration of ReBiao intelligent service account, or login to the existing smart service account of ReBiao, and then it is impossible to use the smart service of ReBiao.
3. Cannot purchase any part or all of the sub services in the smart software or smart service of ReBiao.
4. ReBiao intelligence may not provide you with the best service experience, and some services may not be used properly.
5. It is possible that ReBiao intelligence may not be able to know the problems you encounter and solve your problems in time, and also can not respond to your needs and suggestions in time.
6. When you participate in the marketing activities organized by ReBiao intelligent, it may collect your name, communication address, contact information, bank account number and other information according to the needs of the event. This information is necessary for you to receive a transfer or gift. If you refuse to provide this information, ReBiao intelligence may not be able to transfer or issue gifts to you.

9. Self-starting and Associated Starting Instructions

There will be a certain frequency of sending broadcast through the system to wake up the self-starting or associated startup behavior of the APP, which is necessary for the realization of functions and services.
2. When you open the content push message, after obtaining your explicit consent, the relevant content will be switched to open. Without your consent, there will be no self-startup or associated startup.
3. When you open a file downloaded within the APP, you may start a third-party APP associated with it to open or read the file.
10、 About exemption
ReBiao intelligent shall not bear any legal liability for the occurrence of the following related matters:
1. For your personal reasons, the password of personal account of or shared with other people is informed or shared by ReBiao intelligent software or ReBiao intelligent service, resulting in the leakage of your personal information.
2. Some services in the smart software of ReBiao are provided by the third party with cooperation relationship with ReBiao intelligence or related companies. The services provided by the third party shall be subject to the terms of service and personal information protection policies (not this Agreement) formulated and issued by the third party. You need to read the terms carefully. This agreement is only applicable to any information collected by ReBiao intelligence, and does not apply to any service provided by any third party or the rules for the use of information of third parties. ReBiao intelligent shall not be responsible for any third party to use the information provided by you.
3. Any temporary service shutdown due to hacker attacks, computer virus invasion or government regulation.
4. Any consequence of force majeure.
5. ReBiao intelligence has obtained your clear authorization in advance and announced your personal information.
6. Provide and publish your personal information according to relevant laws and regulations, the requirements of relevant government authorities or relevant stock exchanges.
7. To provide and publish your personal information for the sake of the public interest.
8. To provide and publish your personal information for the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of ReBiao intelligence.
9. Other personal information leakage not caused by ReBiao intelligence.
11、 Scope of application of this Agreement
1. This agreement is applicable to all versions of ReBiao intelligent software and all sub services included in the smart service of ReBiao. If a version of ReBiao intelligent software or a specific sub service has special provisions on information collection, the special provisions and this Agreement shall be applied simultaneously; if the special provisions are inconsistent with this agreement, the special provisions shall apply.
2. Please note that this Agreement does not apply to products and services provided by third parties. ReBiao intelligent software and smart services may include products and services of third parties, as well as links to third-party websites. When you use these products or services, you may also collect your information. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you take time to read the privacy policy of the third party, just as you would read this agreement. ReBiao intelligence is not responsible for how the third party uses the personal information they collect from you, nor can it control its use. This agreement is not applicable to other websites linked by ReBiao intelligent software and ReBiao intelligent service.
13、 Revision / review
The company shall not be obliged to notify the customer of any change to this agreement separately unless there is a material change. Therefore, the customer should refer to the company's website for the latest and latest version of this policy, which will be implemented from the date of publication on the website.
